Based in Charlotte County, Star Home Watch Services can set up a custom plan for your property. Services include in person home watch visits with same day reports as frequently as you want. Have a concern? On demand visits and report are available as requested, as well as providing contractor(s) access to perform work as needed.

As a lifelong Charlotte County resident, we know most of the businesses in town and can help make sure any contractor you hire to do work at your property is supervised, even if you can’t be here. Additional services include arrival and departure preparation of home, arrival and departure transportation, car and golf cart monitoring.
